Supply Chain Executive

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for maintaining purchasing activities including material and non-material purchasing. This role will work closely with various internal and external customers, both Vietnam and

international teams to make sure the right stock and quantity available at the right place and time. The position will report directly to Team Leader – Vietnam Supply Chain.

Key Responsibility:

1. Stock replenishment/ order placement, order management for material & non-material purchasing:

Material purchasing:

- Timely release PO in internal ERP system based on supplier’s Lead time and Capacity.

- Follow up/ update Order Confirmation and Delivery in system, report and reality

Non-material purchasing:

- Timely source, purchase, monitor the delivery and warranty for indirect items such as technician tools, installation material, customer gifts, office stuff, service, etc.

2. Supplier/contract management:

- Prepare relevant purchase contracts and make payment on time. Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.

- Monitor & administer the performance of supplier during the contract term inclusive of conducting supplier performance evaluation, updating performance of suppliers & communicating feedback to suppliers for improvement.

3. Support sourcing and QC activities.

1. Bachelor of Degree in Supply chain/ Foreign trade or its equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sourcing/procurement activity.

3. Fluent in communicating by English with foreign colleagues both verbal and written.

4. A good team player, good negotiation & effective communication skills in dealing within the supply chain is a must.

5. Able to work under pressure with least supervision, self-motivated, customer & result oriented minded.

6. Able to travel within and outside of Vietnam when assigned.

7. Familiar in manufacturing or sourcing of equipment, metal, plastic, and electric parts is an advantage.

8. Experience in QC activities is an advantage.
