Supply Chain Executive

Department: MKT - SCM

Work location: Floor 3, Zen Plaza, No. 54-56 Nguyen Trai, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working hour: Mon – Fri ~ 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Reporting line: Line Manager

Job Description:

- Repairing and monitoring the planning of goods demand Sales / Projects Plan. Install and adjust processes and plans to meet the plan

- Discuss with suppliers ( oversea factories ) and collaborate with another teams ( Logistics, Service, Sales,…) for the delivery status, purchase plan, incoming plan.

- Solving any issues of adjustment timing shipment

- Other jobs related to Supply Chain assigned by Line Manager

- Reports to Line Manager

Job Requirements:

- University/College Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, etc.

- At least 2-3 years of sourcing/purchasing experience, preferably from trading companies.

Having experience in the logistics area is a plus.

- Required language(s): English

- Able to work independently, communicate with multi-level management, and under a tight deadline

- Familiar with MS Office

- Good communication and negotiation skills
