Supply Chain Manager

Job title: Supply Chain Manager Report to: General Manager Scope of work: • Lead all Supply Chain Management operations and all Material and Information Flow activities to constantly ensure an optimum flow with expected inventory level and high quality • Lead New Product Launch Implementation Process at Factory Level (NPI) to ensure on time launches • Warehouse management • Foreseen the future trend and create, implement the needed actions to prevent interruption of supply chain to keep business continuity Responsibilities: • Lead all Supply Chain Management operations and all Material/ Information Flow activities to constantly ensure an optimum flow/cost • Ensure the Supply Chain Management operation fully compliance with all company's policy/standard/code of conduct, ISO system and Vietnam’s regulation of tax/duty/import/export/commercial term. • Lead and ensure the continuous improvement SCM process through Lean tools. • Setting up of an effective organizational structure and lead adequate development/talent management, retention and coaching/training for leaders/staffs to ensure the SCM department is well equipped for current and future challenges • Setting and monitor budget for headcount, controllable cost and investments for the SCM Department • Responsibility for setting the KPIs system in SCM in alignment with the plant objectives and monitor the progress to achieve. Regular review KPI performance to identify the issues, carry over the countermeasure to improve for next period • Recommends and implement strategic change in Supply Chain Management, setting objectives/projects for short/long term and regular review the progress, identify the issue to define solution to improve or remove roadblock • Develop and implement risk management programs to ensure continuity of Supply Chain activities in emergency scenarios • Plan and lead new Production Launches between the different Key Functions/Departments to ensure launching on time/successful with most competitive cost and high quality for both of transferred & new programs • Analysis of business result, predict for demand trend by customers/location/technology to build most effectiveness long term planning in term of manpower/capacity/materials • Responsibility to improve cash flow by well management of inventory turn/value, balancing planning, lean process flow and optimize logistic cost. • Monitor warehouse operation with a focus on Lean principles and well organized to optimize the space, high inventory accuracy

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, SCM or other related majors Experience: • At least +05 years experienced in the same position, level, manufacturing field is preferred • Experience in using operation management tools and methodologies, Lean Manufacturing and Logistics • Proven record of high level of compliance and quality mind set Competencies: • Knowledge in Lean • Strong knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources) • High level of spoken and written English • Strong leadership • Emergency handling ability. • High level of problem solving and analytical skills • Time Management • Presentation Skills • Teamwork skills
