Supply Chain Manager

Procurement (40%)

• Manage procure to pay the purchase order (PO) of Food and Non-food items, including internal suppliers, local suppliers and foreign suppliers
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues
• Sourcing suppliers for Food and Non-food items when the demand arises: Irregular requests, projects, New Store opening, New Menu
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivit

Planning & Strategy (15%)

• Rolling forecast for Demand and supply planning
• Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure forecast are met
• Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible

Supplier management (10%)

• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and ensure good communications
• Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
• Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities

Logistic and Inventory management (15%)

• Work closely with the stakeholder to run and maintain product availability and delivery service (internal & external).
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Others (20%)
• Work with BU management team to submit all the necessary report to BOD on time
• Support and coach the SCM team to enhance their career and professional development
