Supply Chain Manager (Medical Devices and Supplies)

1. Procurement & Import Management
- Plan and execute procurement activities for medical equipment and medical supplies, both domestic and international.
- Manage purchasing activities and monitor shipment progress until goods are received at the Company’s warehouse.
- Prepare, review, and complete contracts and all required legal and import documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Handle payments, reconciliation, and accounts payable management with suppliers.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Establish and manage the warehouse system and warehouse management procedures, including: Central warehouse, Branch warehouses, Consignment warehouses; Oversee daily warehouse operations.
- Organize and manage inventory allocation and stock transfers across the warehouse system.
3. Distribution & Delivery Management
- Develop and implement an appropriate distribution system and standard operating procedures.
- Manage and monitor delivery activities to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
4. Supplier & Logistics Partner Management
- Build and maintain working relationships with logistics partners, including: Freight forwarders, Shipping lines and airlines, Warehousing service providers,..
- Domestic transportation partners, Negotiate cooperation terms, pricing policies, and payment conditions.
- Evaluate partner performance based on cost, service quality, delivery time, and reliability.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management from universities of Economics, Foreign Trade, Polytechnic (Engineering), Commerce, or equivalent institutions.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a comparable managerial role, preferably in: Medical equipment and medical supplies industry, Retail industry with imported, high-value products
- Strong knowledge of import–export regulations and customs procedures<ins>.
- Good understanding of legal regulations related to medical devices and medical equipment.
- Proficiency in Business English.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Digital Transformation is an advantage.
- Experience in using, operating, or participating in the implementation of ERP systems related to procurement and logistics.
