Looking for a talented Supply Chain Manager who is capable to develop and monitor the company's supply chain strategy to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs.
Description
The ideal Supply Chain Manager, reported directly to the Country General Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
* Create the company's supply chain strategy.
* Manage data analysis to improve supply chain operations.
* Find out cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes, supply chain optimization.
* Driving business productivity KPIs/ metrics and P&L management.
* Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards.
* Establish and nurture relationships with key business stakeholders to establish long-term sourcing and planning strategies, establishing clear and measurable goals focused on.
* Train and guide employees, good leadership to a small team.
Profile
The preferred candidate has Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain management or related discipline, combined with at least 7 years experience in manufacturing environment, working with manufacturing suppliers, with good leadership to a small team.
Fast learner, problem solving. Candidates from Sheet Metal processing/ Plastic/ Machining are highly preferred.
Good in English and Vietnamese.
