- Manage the on-site and off-site, logistics for warehouse and transport operations.
- Member of the Senior management Operations team.
- Manage both Raw material and Finished goods stocks.
- Manage the stock control process, ensuring it is properly rotated FEFO and balanced monthly.
- Ensure all KPIs are meeting the targets.
- Control the Supply Chain Operations budget reporting monthly on all variances.
- Ensure a continuous improvement culture is implemented within the Supply Chain teams.
- Manage the new projects via MS project planning.
II. Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage and control the Supply Chain Operations and 3rd party service providers
- Focus on continuous improvement of service against plan
Implementation of best practice and continually review on time in Full (OTIF) KPI’s.
- Ensure robust stock control methods and procedures exist across all areas
- Working experience in warehousing or transportation business (3PL industry)
- Ensure all processes for returns from Manufacturing are fully implemented.
- Ensure HSE rules and regulations are adhered to at all times, and fully investigate all accidents.
- Insure proper stock control, stock rotation in accordance with FEFO rules
- Maintain and improve inventory reporting system, timely report the stock situation to
- Develop and upgrade warehouse management system and stock control SAP module
- Ensure strict adherence to 5S and GMP rules in operations, follow the requirements of QMS system and material storage requirements in accordance to customer and manufacturer guidance
- Continually search for areas of improvement or new ideas that the Supply Chain team will benefit from.
- Ensure proper logistics scheduling transportation of FG, RM, PM and equipment inbound and outbound as well as interwarehouse transfers
- Provide customs clearance support to all import (including equipment) and export shipments and goods.
- Liaise with logistics companies to resolve any shipment issues raised.
- Management and control of resources
- Ensure Resource planning is in place and fully used.
- Ensure all Ops staff have targets and are fully aware of them.
- Control and minimize all Overtime.
- Control all equipment and ensure SMR is performed as per plan.
- Administrative functions and any other duties as assigned by the COO
- Timely and accurate submission of required reports.
- Insure proper human resource management including outsourced labor for warehouse and production downstream operations.
- Effective management of subordinates which includes coaching and mentoring.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Operational planning and Resource planning methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
- Knowledge of Stock control reporting and WMS software is essential.
- Experienced with other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- This position requires strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of business affecting the Supply Chain Operations.
- Good facilitation skills are required.
- Experienced in inventory management and industry best practices.
- Ability to oversee both Raw material and Finished goods inventory process, including developing procedures, review to determine appropriate actions.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good team Leadership, Collaborations, Coaching and influencing skills
IV. Key requirements of candidate’s profile:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business & Finance planning or related area.
- Proven leadership qualities as well as a vast experience in Operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint is highly valued
- Hands-on mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to coach and proactively lead and mentor a Team
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Have strong supply chain experience with a minimum of 8 - 10 years' work experience in an international environment, in various positions across the supply spectrum.
