Supply Production Leader (Planner, Merchandiser) - Polymer (WTI) Product, Textile, Garment Knit.
YOUR MISSION: You make your products available at the right time, in the right place, and at the best cost.

• You plan your orders and forecasts to ensure the models' availability (finished goods + components).
• You obtain the best possible lead time and price.
• You ensure reliable data price/cost and lead time referencing of your products.
• You manage and optimize components stock supply and ensure a reliable stock.
• You manage the capacity and production planning of your suppliers.
• You pilot my activity: turnover, margin, performance.
• You manage the continuous improvement of supply performances.

• You are strong and efficient in Communication to collaborate & connect your Teammates & Head Office.
• You have self-leadership skills and you are ready to make decisions and responsible for your decisions.
• You have more than 5 years of experience working in planning, supply chain or merchandising, or similar responsibilities in the production industries (specifically in the textile, garment, or polymer industries).
• You are excellent in English and Vietnamese.
• You are strong on Supplier Management to manage our strong suppliers
• You have a strong problem-solving mindset, actively & dare to challenge the status quo with concrete solutions, and ideas.
