Supply Chain Supervisor

Mission of the role:

Based on the customers' requirements, make material requirement plan and purchase right materials with right quality, right price and right delivery time. Source and develop new suppliers according to the project and company's strategy. Supervise warehouse activities and provide logistics solutions to ensure good delivery time of materials and finished goods.

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer service

- Order reception and evaluation

- Input order info in ERP

- Coordinate the delivery time for customers

2. MRP

- Run MRP regularly and calculate the material necessity

- Set the safety stock for each material

3. Purchase

- Purchase BOM materials according to MRP

- Purchase MRO materials

- Cost control for each category of materials

- Coordinate and follow up the delivery time of materials

4. Supplier Management

- Source and develop new local suppliers

- Evaluate actual suppliers' performance according to QDCS

5. Warehouse

- Supervise the warehouse daily activities

- Ensure material and account match

6. Logistics

- Documentation for importation and exportation customs clearance

- Evaluate the logistics suppliers' performance

- Work out backup logistics solutions

- Bachelor degree (Minimum college), major in International business, economics, logistics or other related field

- Languages: English

- IT: Microsoft office, ERP

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in purchasing / logistics
