- Create PO for all imported shipments
- Work with Warehouse team to process complaint with supplier for every issue case
- Custom clearance for all imported finished product, additives and Base Oil
- Follow up & update all new Custom policy to make sure the Custom clearance is finished quickly and implemented legally
- Work with suppliers to settle the issue/problem caused in term of delivery, forwarding support document for custom clearance.
- Arrange to deliver import shipments to plant to meet requirements/ to minimize the detention fee & workload of warehouse.
- Tax / Vendor/ Forwarding /CR/ Survey (BO) payment
- Follow-up CR registration documents
- Port fee calculation for all Base Oil shipments.
