Supply Networks Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Long-term and short-term production planning at the Vietnam location.

• Planning engineering changes related to component modifications, communication with production departments, procurement, and MDM (Master Data Management).

• Adjusting plans for various reasons.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in production planning for 1 year or more.

• High level of proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

• High level of responsibility and willingness to make decisions independently.

• Readiness for constant changes in input data and frequent rescheduling.

Key Skills:

● Strong analytical skills

● Solid understanding of planning and procurement processes

● Familiarity with scenario planning and the importance of risk and opportunity assessment (short- and long-term)

● Ability to evaluate and make decisions with a business-owner mindset

● Negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence and persuade

● Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

● Initiative in process improvement

● Fast and accurate task execution
