Supply Networks Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Long-term and short-term production planning at the Vietnam location.

• Planning engineering changes related to component modifications, communication with production departments, procurement, and MDM (Master Data Management).

• Adjusting plans for various reasons.

Professional Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management.

• Hands-on experience with planning systems (SAP APO / IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, Oracle, or similar).

• Proven experience in inventory management, production planning, or network planning.

• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, pharma, or other fast-paced industries is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning principles (MRP, DRP, S&OP cycle).

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas; macros are a plus).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Ability to work with large data sets and conduct root-cause analysis.

• Understanding of key supply chain KPIs (service level, safety stock, forecast accuracy, OTIF, etc.).

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Ability to analyze supply constraints, capacity, material availability, and propose optimized planning scenarios.

• Strong data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to balance service level, cost, and inventory trade-offs.

• Structured and logical thinking.

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (production, demand planning, logistics, procurement).

• Ability to clearly articulate issues, risks, and planning recommendations to stakeholders.

• Experience working in a multinational or cross-regional environment is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Proactive, responsible, and able to operate in a dynamic environment.

• Skilled in prioritization and time management.

• Problem-solving mindset with ownership mentality.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or similar certifications are a plus.

Language Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher; ability to present data and insights clearly.

• Additional languages are a plus, depending on region.
