Supply Planning Manager

As the Supply Planning Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Oversee and provide mentorship to a team of supply planning specialists

• Analyze S&OP demand data to support forecasting and planning initiatives

• Utilize operational processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows

Daily Activities

• Place PO with suppliers and ensure confirmations on time

• Work with suppliers to monitor deliveries and resolve issues

• Track and facilitate on time readiness

• MOQ policy adherence tracking

• Lead time management

• Work with US demand planning to monitor and update ship modes to enable on time delivery

• Maintain Pos-Ensure ship date/price are updated/correct in ERPs

• Manage vendor production plan and capacity fulfillment

• Consolidate global plans and share with vendors to verify if any potential risks or any action need to take in advance.

• Working with CS/Sales team for drop shipment arrangement and confirmation

• Monitoring monthly drop shipment status and reporting any potential risks

• WIP tracking

• Reporting: KPI/SRD/Open PO status

• Support Vendor Portal Activities

• Evaluating tooling need

• Manage and resolving master carton labeling issues

• Coordinate quality team for inspection and problem solving

• Conduct a review of leftover liability exposure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in purchase order and operations management

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP operations is advantageous

• Prior experience in the apparel, packaging, or gloves industry is preferred

• Good communication, presentation and analytical skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English

• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures

• Ability to travel internationally

• Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language (e.g., Chinese, Vietnamese) is a plus
