Swine Nutrition Manager - Premix

Client is seeking a Swine Nutrition Manager to join its Commercial Team, focuses on providing technical field support to customers and partners in Vietnam.

Description

* Develop and oversee nutritional programs for all stages of pig production while contributing to swine research projects.

* Assess nutrient requirements using industry standards and adapt them to specific farm conditions.

* Implement feeding strategies to improve production efficiency and financial outcomes for customer farms.

* Evaluate customer feed formulations, providing recommendations to address their needs and concerns.

* Offer technical support, keeping up-to-date with advancements in nutrition and production practices.

* Analyze feed ingredients and design customized diet plans based on customer profiles.

* Present AB Agri products and provide consultations on their applications to customers and colleagues.

* Support sales efforts by delivering technical solutions that enhance customer farm productivity and profitability.

* Conduct commercial trials, analyze data, and present reliable, statistically-supported findings to clients.

* Contribute to product development, share market updates, and create technical content for customer communication.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or Veterinary Medicine.

* Strong knowledge of farm management and livestock husbandry practices.

* 7-8 years of experience in feed milling or large-scale swine production with direct involvement in nutrition and feed formulation.

* Familiarity with feed formulation software such as Format and/or BestMix.

* 3-5 years of experience serving as a technical consultant or nutrition advisor.

* Understanding of Food Safety Management Systems, including ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP principles.
