• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Ticket or direct request from users
• Analysis the users’ request. Raise tickets if necessary and work closely to provide the solution to users
• Conduct System training quarterly/yearly or when newcomer joins
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 1 years experience as a System Administrator
• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP is an advantage
• Good at English writing and speaking skills
• Good communication and business relationship skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees
