System Architecture Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of pre-sales system solutions for intelligent cockpit projects in accordance with customer requirements, as well as the overall planning and execution of Technical Reviews (TR).

2. Lead the system architecture team in designing interaction logic among various domains within the system, defining the functional deployment across processors, and establishing communication architectures such as PCIe and Ethernet.

3. Oversee the definition of platform-level requirements and solution design to ensure system stability, design scalability, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementation.

4. Lead the system engineering and product management teams in evaluating product performance and conducting requirements analysis for intelligent cockpit products, providing customers with appropriate ECARX computing platform recommendations.

5. Direct the system architecture and product management teams in conducting pre-sales technical engagements with customers, empowering the sales organization to deliver highly competitive solutions that balance cost, performance, and scalability.

6. Manage the system architecture, system engineering, and product management teams, fostering team motivation and initiative to effectively achieve project objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than six years of experience in the smart cockpit or related automotive industry.

2. Proficient in underlying architectures and interaction logic across multiple operating systems used in in-vehicle smart cockpit systems.

3. Familiar with virtualization technologies such as hypervisor, containerization, and SR-IOV.

4. Proficient in communication protocols and architectural design involving PCIe and Ethernet.

5. Well-acquainted with mainstream SoC and MCU chip characteristics and related solutions for cockpit systems, as well as peripheral components such as displays, cameras, serializer/deserializer chips, DSPs, etc.

6. Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and ability to learn quickly; prior experience in pre-sales technical support with customers is preferred.

7. Proven experience managing teams of more than 15 members; excellent written and spoken English skills, with English available as a working language.
