T24 Techno Manager - Functional Consultant Temenos

As a Techno-Functional Consultant manager, you will lead a team of business and technical analysts and act as a subject matter expert in at least one business area. You will be responsible for presenting solutions to clients and providing team training in the subject matter area.

Responsibilities:

- Presenting solutions to clients

- Leading a team of business and technical analysts

- Working as a subject matter expert in multiple business areas

- Providing team training in the subject matter areas

- Configuring products as per business requirements is a must

- Planning advance certifications in Temenos CBS

- Assisting the team in developing all documents such as BPR, FSD, etc.

- Being creative and innovative in bringing new ideas

- Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

- Having an analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and strategic planning ability.

- Planning training and certifications for self-learning and growth

- Having the ability to cope with pressure, challenges, and stringent timelines

- Working closely with different teams assigned to different projects, being a team player (leadership qualities are a PLUS)

- Training and grooming teams in business analysis as well as in soft skills

- Providing counseling and guidance to teams

- Being cooperative and adaptable to the new environment

- Having 10+ years of banking experience in a specific domain or any banking software

- Prior Temenos Knowledge is preferred

- 10+ years of experience in a senior business consultant role

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

- Ability to train and mentor team members

- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one business area

- Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred

- Ability to present solutions to clients in a professional manner

- Ability to configure products as per business requirements is a PLUS

- Prior knowledge of Temenos CBS.
