Job Description

The Opportunity

This role will support the local Talent Acquisition (TA) team with providing a superior level of administrative support and an excellent candidate experience for all candidates that are in touch with our company through the Referral Program.

Key Responsibilities

1 Admin Support

* Creating new requisitions on Vincere, adding data and documents/PD, assigning to Recruiter(s).
* Formatting shortlisted CVs into the ASW template for the Recruiters when requested.
* Drafting End of Week (EOW) updates on a Friday for their team if requested.
* Reference checking candidates.
* Organizing and administering skills testing for candidates.
* Managing the local general email inbox for the team effectively



1 Advertising

* Writing compelling & high-quality advertisements, ensuring sign off from Recruiter and placing on Vincere (ATS).
* Posting advertisements through Vincere and to our Careers page, free job-boards, and other sites as directed.
* Refreshing free adverts weekly



1 Candidate Referral Scheme

* Weekly Referral communications.
* Tracking and managing referrals.
* Ensuring all referrals processes are adhered to and reported on monthly to Senior TAS & DoT



1 Others

* Any other administration tasks deemed helpful at DoT discretion.



Desirable Skills/Certifications

* Passion for people and the ASW brand will be key to your success.
* Strong skill set across MS Office.
* Team support experience.
* Database management skills.
* This role will be considered a key member of the team requiring a high level of accountability, professionalism and confidentiality.
* Educated to bachelor's degree level (HR, Communications, Advertising or related field)
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* A background in administration or recruitment support.
* Solid work ethic, positive attitude and openness to learn.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage-up
