1. Recruitment:
• Perform full cycle recruitment of the Da Nang branch
• Collaborate with HR of the Singapore branch to support a part of the hiring process there
• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles in the company
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offering negotiation
• Identify and utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and potential candidates
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to improve the recruitment process and strategies
• Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and trends to the Board of Directors
2. Communication:
• Work on internal and external communications including employer branding and employee engagement activities
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employer branding
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, and job boards to attract potential candidates
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged
• Write and edit internal content such as newsletters, intranet posts, announcements, memos, and leadership messages
• Coordinate town halls, employee events, and leadership communication initiatives
• Gather feedback and monitor employee engagement to improve communication strategies
• Support HR and leadership with change management communications
3. Administrative Duties:
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and collecting necessary paperwork
• Support the HR team with other administrative tasks if any
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter roles in the IT industry
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment channels and tools, social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain the integrity of the HR department
