We are looking for the candidate for Talent Acquisition & Employer bradning, Senior Specialist, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
JOB PURPOSES:
Lead the execution of innovative talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. Responsible for attracting the most suitable talent and enhancing our employer brand presence across multiple channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
TA and EB Planning:
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Analyze TA metrics to make informed decisions and improvements.
• Forecast hiring needs and manage the talent pipeline.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify talent trends and gaps.
Talent Acquisition Process Transformation:
• Implement the talent acquisition process by integrating digital tools and platforms to streamline and enhance the efficiency of recruitment.
• Manage and use data-driven recruitment to improve the quality and speed of hires.
• Manage the overall hiring experience through improved TA processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey for candidates and hiring managers from application to onboarding.
Employer Branding:
• Implement our EVP to ensure it resonates with potential candidates and reflects our company culture and values.
• Manage the company's presence on various social media platforms and job boards.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce compelling content that showcases the company's culture, mission, and career opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote our company and its values to potential candidates.
• To promote employer branding, build a partnership with target audiences, the community, and the university.
Stakeholder Management:
• Partner with department heads, hiring management to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic TA solutions to improve competitive advantage through the increased presence of talents from TA.
• Ensure a seamless recruitment process that provides a positive candidate experience.
• Build a good connection with external stakeholders to achieve the common objective.
Talent Partners:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing talent.
• Ensure timely support and gather insights from talent to enhance their experience and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process at TLN.
• Implement the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) principles into the talent acquisition activities.
Others:
• Manage TA Reports as assigned by TA Manager and submit as per timeline.
• Do other job assignments as requested by the Line Manager and the Company to contribute to the success of the HR Department and Talentnet.
• Positively contribute to build up the Department and Company’s teamwork, core values, and culture.
Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 4 years in the Talent acquisition or HRBP role or similar job with successful proven records in leading change or transformation projects.
• Proven experience in digitizing TA processes and understanding of employer branding
• Proficiency with recruitment software and platforms.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
• Strong building relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in English & Vietnamese fluently.
• Fully proficient with MS office
