Job description
* Be responsible for:
- Lead and develop a professional talent acquisition team to ensure that the organization's
recruiting activities and strategy are implemented effectively;
- Partner with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs;
- Build up and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients (HR agencies,
headhunters, job sites…) to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
- Prepare the recruitment plan and budget;
- Support hiring managers on recruitment related policies, processes and skills to ensure their
understanding and compliance with the policies and processes, as well as develop their hiring
capabilities;
- Perform candidate sourcing to fill high level positions and anticipate future needs;
- Actively propose and participate the implementation of recruitment solutions, sourcing
initiatives and talent mapping;
- Initiate EB activities that help attracting candidate sources;
- Regularly provide update on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly
recruitment results to have suitable planning and solutions to fulfill the recruitment needs;
- Ensure for using all recruitment sources effectively to minimize recruitment costs;
- Contribute to the company’s recruitment solution and strategy;
- Monitor current TA system to eliminate TA manual task of hiring process;
- Other tasks as assigned by Head of Dept.
Job requirements
* Education level, certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point...);
* Experience:
- At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience in consumer lending, banking, fin-tech
industry;
- Strong experience of building and mentoring an effective TA team;
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, organizational, as well as communication skills;
* Individual Characteristics:
- Honesty, quick in judging situations and making decisions, diligent;
- Confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic, and visionary approach;
- Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring teams
of dynamic professionals.
