The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players in success in the future. They also promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. Essentially, their role is to help grow the talent in our company by finding and nurturing the most suitable people to contribute to a company’s future success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (80%)
- Drives efficient process and delivers best practices for full lifecycle recruitment including role intake, sourcing, talent/resume reviews, interviews, offers, negotiations, background checks and onboarding.
- Develops an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements for open positions and able to develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methods.
- Measures KPIs (ie: number of hires, time to fill, diversity of talent sources, etc) and leverages recruitment data to develop, inform and evolve talent strategies.
- Develops and acts as an employment brand ambassador, guides hiring managers and interview teams in a similar way.
- Initiates and coordinates across internal teams (IT, HR, payroll, etc) for effective onboarding.
- Consistently benchmarks competition within and cross industry to stay current on trends in the talent marketplace and provides insights to regional leadership team to inform talent strategies.
2. HRBP (20%)
- Support within the HR Department in managing employee benefits programs, compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation related to compensations and employee relations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall HR strategy.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
- 2 years of Mass Recruitment experience in Entertainment and Service Industry.
- Specialized knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR databases.
- Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Advanced skills:
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Quickly adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
