***Recruitment & Training:
- Proactively plan and manage recruitment for different positions to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Be involved in the entire recruitment process from clarifying the needs of departments, preparing job advertisement, sourcing candidates, receiving job applications, screening CVs, arranging interviews, doing reference check, sending offer packages, providing feedback to unsuitable candidates, etc.
- Make reports & analyze relevant data related to recruitment activities
- In charge of Orientation Training for new comers
- Assist to organize various training programs (internal & external courses)
***Employer’s Branding:
- Coordinate with HR team to plan & implement appropriate activities to promote Employer’s brand name
- Organize & assist in other internal events & HR projects
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager or BOD
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Prior experience in the same position (working experience in manufacturing company is a plus)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Honest, hard-working, positive with go-getter attitude
