Talent Acquisition Manager - Foreign Real Estate Company

Role Summary Lead the full talent acquisition agenda for a fast-growth real estate business. Drive end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding to secure top-tier talent across development, construction, commercial, sales, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning, sourcing strategy, assessment, offer management, onboarding. • Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and build a proactive hiring pipeline. • Drive recruitment for key functions: project development, design, construction, sales, marketing, property management, and corporate roles. • Build and manage relationships with search firms, universities, and talent communities. • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning. • Standardize TA processes, KPIs, and reporting; ensure full compliance with corporate governance. • Implement digital sourcing, ATS optimization, and recruitment analytics. • Lead and mentor the TA team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. • Manage recruitment budget and vendor performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields. • 5–8+ years in talent acquisition; strong exposure to real estate, construction, or multinational environments. • Proven track record hiring mid to senior roles in competitive markets. • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability. • Solid English communication; data-driven mindset; ability to operate under pressure. • Agile, hands-on, and able to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
