Talent Acquisition Partner

• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts of future talent needs

• Managing full-cycle recruiting for vacant positions, provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals

• Execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs, etc…)

• Complete TA Dashboard and reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement

• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.

Manage the procurement with them and evaluate their performance based on

KPIs set

• In conjunction with OD team to support in employer branding initiatives,

including support in Talent Programs across levels

• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum 4 years’ recruiting experience required

• Good relationship management skills-ability to establish credibility and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions

• Ability to translate business plans to recruitment strategies; demonstrated business acumen

• Strong customer orientation and influencing skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• In-depth experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques

• Good time management skills

• Successful at developing and deploying sourcing strategies.

• Experience managing staffing venders

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related degree required
