| JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in building the Ashley Global Capability Center (GCC) in Vietnam by establishing a best-in-class talent ecosystem and attracting top-tier professionals across critical capabilities. This is a high-impact role for a driven talent professional who thrives in building something from the ground up and shaping the future workforce of a global organization.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner will execute the talent attraction strategy for the Vietnam GCC, leading end-to-end recruitment while serving as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers. This role goes beyond filling roles, it is about proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing exceptional talent, creating a sustainable pipeline that supports both immediate hiring needs and long-term business growth.
You will be at the forefront of Ashley’s employer brand in Vietnam, leveraging market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies, and deep stakeholder partnerships to deliver a world-class candidate experience. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on speed, quality, and cultural alignment as the GCC scales.

| ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. End-to-End Recruitment and Onboarding
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requirements analysis,
candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding procedures.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, role
requirements, and team dynamics.
• Develop effective sourcing approach for both volume and critical roles
across functions.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
• Proactively conduct market research and source candidates through
multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social
media, expert forum etc.).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and forecast recruitment
needs to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future
hiring needs, especially for key and hard-to-fill roles as well as to ensure
the readiness of candidates for recruitment needs at all time.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers on talent market trends and
best recruitment practices.
• Provide guidance on interview techniques, assessment criteria, and
selection decisions to ensure quality hires.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure smooth onboarding and talent
integration.
• Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners when required.
4. Recruitment Data & Process Improvement
• Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, offer acceptance
rate, quality of hire).
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing
campaigns, and career events.
• Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated hiring experience in Supply Chain/ IT is a strong advantage.
• Startup environment experience advantageous.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and employer branding tactics
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Talent Solutions).
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Data analysis capabilities preferred
• Fluency in English (written and verbal communication)
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach
