About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Talent Acquisition Senior to join our team! As a TA Senior you will be responsible for performing Campus activities, finding, nurturing, and recruiting talented students and graduates.
Key responsibilities
• Be a core member to perform Campus recruitment activities (Internship Recruitment Program, Graduate Recruitment Program, and others).
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, university events and other campus events to build strong
relationship with key universities and professional qualification bodies.
• Develop initiatives for employer branding activities to strengthen the firm position as an employer of choice.
• To conduct end-to-end recruitment process for approved vacancies to be complied with the firm policies and regulations.
• Actively working with hiring managers for the recruitment needs.
• To prepare recruitment report.
• Other tasks are required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in HR or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in mass recruitment or relevant area in multinational companies.
• Hands-on experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing.
• Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding is a plus.
• Proficient in social media platforms and job boards.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-driven and customer-oriented.
• Passionate, reliable and can work under pressure.
• At least 3 years of experience in mass recruitment or relevant area in multinational companies.
