•Work closely with the Hiring Manager to understand the hiring requirements.
•Create recruiting strategies based on business needs in order to find specific technical and professional candidates.
•Handle the entire hiring process in order to meet the hiring goal by utilizing effective recruitment channels.
•Keep industry knowledge, employment trends, and recruiting strategies in order to attract highly sought-after talent.
•Participate in the exchange of recruitment knowledge and best practices.
•Conduct extensive research in order to provide extensive data analysis in order to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
•Maximize the recruiting process to achieve best practices, and maintain and improve recruiting channels in accordance with business requirements.
•Represent the brand as a brand ambassador at a variety of events, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
•If required, provide the supervisor with analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
•Other tasks as requirement
•+3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Senior or similar HR role, especially in IT and Production industries
•Experience with Social Media and community platforms Management (Facebook, Linkedin, relevant source etc.)
•Networking Skills (internal and external)
•Have knowledge of technology used in recruitment and branding,
•Good communication (both with Vietnamese and English).
•Highly proactive, responsible and customer-oriented
