The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, one or two years of experience in talent acquisition in Consumer Electronics across all functions and levels, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. Especially, candidate must be the one who is passionate about “self-learning and development” (*).
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments, build a recruitment pipeline, conduct searches and interviews, and write articles for employer branding on social networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online/offline channels.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
