Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Working time: 9 AM - 6 PM. Monday - Friday
Type: Full-time
Location: Helios building, Quang Trung Software Complex, District 12
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
• Drives efficient process and delivers best practices for full lifecycle recruitment including role intake, sourcing, talent/resume reviews, interviews, offers, negotiations, background checks and onboarding.
• Ensures structured interview process is widely adopted and communicated throughout the candidate experience.
• Develops an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements for open positions and able to develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methods.
• Measures KPIs (ie: number of hires, time to fill, diversity of talent sources, etc) and leverages recruitment data to develop, inform and evolve talent strategies.
• Researches and recommends new talent sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates. Including but limited to job posting sites, social media, professional organizations, networking, and partnerships with colleges and/or universities.
• Develops and acts as an employment brand ambassador, guides hiring managers and interview teams in similar way.
• Initiates and coordinates across internal teams (IT, HR, payroll, etc) for effective onboarding.
• Leads (or partners with local People Team) on New Hire Onboarding sessions to educate, inspire, and connect new employees in a coordinated and intentional onboarding experience to drive talent engagement and retention. Guides hiring managers to prepare for their new hires.
• Knowledgeable on HR policy and procedure within country, federal, and state laws regarding hiring and employment practices.
• Knowledgeable about external talent trends and identifies actionable strategies for current and future talent needs (regionally).
• Consistently benchmarks competition within and cross industry to stay current on trends in the talent marketplace and provides insights to regional leadership team to inform talent strategies.

Requirements for Success:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting.
• Ability to support, guide, and consult with managers throughout the hiring process.
• Experience with passive talent outreach to build talent pools.
• Excellent organizational skills for building candidate pool tracking and reporting for data driven insights and decisions.
• Takes initiative and able to prioritize across competing priorities, managing time and capacity independently.
• Communicates proactively and clearly with hiring managers and leaders (internally) and with candidates (externally) to ensure a positive and thoughtful partnership and candidate experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must project a positive image of the organization by displaying high standards of professional conduct.
