1. 能够独立负责整个招聘模块。

 跟各部门主管配合,了解招聘需求,建立职位描述,并在各个渠道上创建广告活动。

 使用多种资源和广告技术来寻找合适的候选人。

 审查并在必要时就我们现有的招聘、入职、培训和保留流程提出修改建议。

 进行初步筛选(与管理员一起),领导我们的面试和整个招聘过程等。

2. 华为越南雇主品牌负责人(与大学、教育机构和专业协会建立和保持牢固的关系,以发现和吸引潜在的候选人、媒体渠道管理、学生赛事参与等)

1. Be able to independently take charged of all Talent Acquisition process.

 Work with managers to understand hiring needs, build job descriptions and create ad campaigns across diversified channels.

 Use multiple sourcing and advertising techniques to find suitable candidates.

 Review and propose changes where needed around our existing processes for recruitment, onboarding, training and retention.

 Carry out initial screening (with an administrator), lead our interviews and the entire recruitment process.

2. Be the owner of all Huawei Employer Branding projects (Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, and professional associations to identify and attract potential candidates, social media channel, Student contest competition...)

5. Employee Entry-Exit Management



* Working time and benefits:

Job requirements

• 本科及以上学历,专业:语言类、人力资源管理、劳动与社会保障等专业;

• 两年以上人力资源相关工作经验,熟悉人力资源招聘模块

• 有创造力、积极的思考者,使用创新的工具和方法来进一步改善我们的人才获取。

• 充满活力和热情的自我启动者

• 中文流利,英文工作交流水平



• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in language, human resources management, labor and social security;

• At least two years of HR-related working experience, familiar with Talent Acquisition

• A creative, positive thinker, using innovative tools and methods to further improve our Talent Acquisition.

• A self-starter with energy and enthusiasm.

• Fluent in Chinese and English communication level
