Work Location: NHƠN TRẠCH 1 - ĐỒNG NAI & VSIP1 - BÌNH DƯƠNG

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

- Provide operational and administrative support for the full recruitment process including Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding for both Regular and Temporary employees.

- Assist in hiring strategy creation, building up and maintaining Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Relationship Management and Onboarding Strategy.

TALENT ACQUISITION:

- Coordinates and executes local recruitment activities under the supervision of supervisor.

- Maintains an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.

- Executes pre-screening and/or final phone/face-to-face interviews for designated position and supports all parties concerned with the assessment.

- Proactively coordinates with departments/hiring managers for interviews.

- Maintains recruiting networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.

- Maintains a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need including Internship Programs, Trainee Programs, etc.

- Maintains and updates applicant and employee data within the department’s operational software systems, including Oracle Recruiting.

- Maintains accurate information and documentation related HR reports such as: Turnover Reports, Headcount Reports, etc

Educational background:

- Bachelor’s Degree in one of following major: Foreign Languages, Business and Economics, Law, Social Sciences and Humanities.

- Human Resources Management major is preferred

Experience:

- 3+ year of experience of HR and recruiting experience in the manufacturing environment.

- Mass Recruitment experience is a must.

Skills:

- Skilled at candidate sourcing and basic phone interview and pre-onboarding.

- Good at interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
