We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition to lead, manage, and enhance our current end-to-end recruitment processes. This role will be responsible for strategic recruitment planning to support Nexon Vina’s business growth and meet hiring needs.
1. Recruitment:
• Lead and plan annual recruitment activities for different hiring vacancies, especially jobs requiring high technical knowledge (Game, IT, Art/design, …).
• Define and execute suitable recruitment methods including paid and non-paid channels (social media, job sites, referrals, etc.) for various kinds of jobs to find qualified candidates and meet hiring needs timely and effectively.
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques and headhunting strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and provide necessary initiatives, recruitment consulting and market insight.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
2. Employer branding
• Plan and monitor marketing and recruitment activities on social media and offline events such as career fairs, workshops, and universities’ events.
• Plan and organize employer branding events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
3. Optimization
• Menter recruitment team to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Propose improvements to the internal recruitment process, criteria, applicant tracking system, and candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment field, especially in Game/IT roles.
• Have a solid knowledge of strategies, end-to-end recruitment activities, and a good understanding of Employer Branding.
• Possess good human relations, good planning, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office
