WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Implement the end-to-end recruitment cycle: driving and acquiring insights of position requirements and responsibilities; sourcing to identify the most appropriate recruitment channels; screening, interviewing and evaluate candidates; and managing pipelines through to negotiation and offer acceptance
• Seek continuous improvements to enhance the capabilities of the process
• Provides guidance, consultation and support to managers and team leader in the hiring and facilitates processes related to position development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, onboarding, performance, training and career development plans
• Pro-actively manages requisitions within their group
• Develops and maintains effective partnerships internally with the leadership team within their group
• Manage the internal applicant process the employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties
• Be a single point of contact for managers/employees in all HR-related topics
• In-charge the Talent Acquisition Business Partner assigned function to meet department & business objectives
• Monitor labor market dynamics and share information with the team and managers building on solutions for the challenges we are facing
• Update, maintain candidate and requisition data accurately on Simpson Strong-Tie’s system
• Measure existing recruitment channels, vendor expense, recruitment metrics and be in charge of accurate and timely hiring reporting
• Participate in projects related to Employer Branding such as build up connection with Universities, implement Campus strategies, promote Simpson Strong-Tie on social media platform.
• Contribute to support other company activities included events, workshop, teambuilding.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or similar major
• University graduated with minimum 01-04 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in communication in English
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and be able to interact efficiently with all levels
• Must be able to analyze and resolve both routine and non-routine Human Resources and business issues using independent judgment
• Be able to perform as an effective team player and also work independently
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to self-motivate, integrity, trustful, positive thinking and open-minded
• Confidence and high sense of commitment
