JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs for Back office:
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the company.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruiting best practices.
- Proactively manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize Boolean search strings and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess fit for open positions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Prepare regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress against goals.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of positions.
- Strong understanding of current recruiting trends and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Open-minded and willing to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
