- Determining applicant qualifications by screening; verifying references; collecting payslip or supporting documents in term of offer process.
- Conducting 1st screening and preparing shortlist for hiring requests.
- Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements with approved publications/sites; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job.
- Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and social career network.
- Doing recruitment marketing activities on social networks.
- Connecting with career centers in throughout Vietnam to build relevant database for key cities and provinces.
- Supporting on campus activities and career days align with global EVP requirements.
- Helping to build candidate database base on the current data and new sources.
- Other tasks will be assigned time by time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A demonstrated ability to source for talent in the external marketplace using multiple sourcing channels including social media and social networking to identify, engage and inspire passive talent.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills to be able to create a compelling narrative and sell the employee value proposition.
- Customer centric attitude and a sense of execution urgency balanced with an eye for detail and respect for data integrity
- Able to work independently and proactively, as well as be a team player when required supporting on local initiatives and regional HR projects
- Familiarity with system reports and presentations utilizing excel and PowerPoint skills
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
- Strong computer literacy, especially MS Word, and MS Power Point.
