Roles Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition and Internal Communication professional at AGC Chemical - Viet Nam in Phú Mỹ, BRVT. The role involves full-life cycle is responsible for talents internal and external sourcing, identifying and engaging potential candidates through social media platforms and professional networks; Communication expertise (Internal) plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational culture, employee engagement activities.
(30%)About the Talent Sourcing:
- Manage proactive pipelining and candidate ( Internal / External) care initiatives for functions by leveraging his/her knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies in the talent sourcing/identification discipline.
- Executes and maintains talent acquisition processes and related job aids, tools, and communications. Reports and tracks key recruitment operational and performance metrics and analytics.
- To work with Social Networking Tools to sources and identifies talent that is found through traditional active sourcing channels.
- To plan and execute Employer branding activities, such as social media posts, events, meetups.
(70%) About the Internal Communication
- To build Internal Employee Communication Channel, being prepared to communicate effectively during crisis situations, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and reassured.
- Preparing and cascading communications materials (e.g., weekly e-newsletter, news, announcements, briefing pack, ) to a widespread audience
- Draft and develop content for internal/external communications to support the broader business
- Manage and support events logistics, including annual events calendar, monthly team briefings, town halls, all-staff briefings, Serve as a liaison for internal and external inquiries, communications, events, including fulfilling requests for sponsorships, ads, pictures, bios, guest counts.

Qualifications
- Education: Degree holder relevant degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Business/Administration, Communication, Acquisition, Communications, Human Resources Management.
- More than 05 years experiences
- Office skill: Familiar with MS Office and HTML
- Excellent writing & content creation; Associations and websites
- Social media, demonstrate ability in utilizing LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and to source talent
- Very good proficiency in creative tools (Photoshop etc), social media tools and content management softwares
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
- Strong team contributor and collaborator in all forms (new ideas, team calls, mentoring, training, partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, etc)
- Project management skill to monitor/ arrange company event.
- Able to communicate verbally and write work instruction/ procedure
- Fluency in English
