- Find the right digital & IT profiles for our customers through online mining across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment.
- Find the contacts of potential candidates and check their employment status. Create notes and feedback about candidates on the system.
- Be accountable to deliver suitable profiles fitting with our core values.
- Check CVs from job post channels and add notes to the Recruiter. Make sure the Recruiter does not miss candidates who are actively looking for jobs.
- Mine job boards, social networks, etc. to rapidly identify all available and suitable candidates.
- Synchronize with the manager to analyze delivery, commit to upcoming needs and share feedback to help the team grow.
- Partner with a recruiter to deliver the best results.
- Take part in various recruitment/ Hr projects including candidate experience, employer branding & processes to enhance our positions & strategies.
- Having experience in searching for potential candidates for more than 6 months
- Having experience using Bullhorn is an advantage
- Proficient in writing strings, using boolean search, finding contacts, skimming and scanning CVs, etc.
- Knowledge of the IT industry especially social networking and the general recruitment process (nice to have)
- Be responsible, careful, and have a good mindset to manage the workload assigned.
