BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR TALENT SPECIALIST
FUNCTION: Human Resource

LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
ROLE PURPOSE
This role is responsible for developing and driving EVP Strategies to strengthen organization reputation as an Employer of Choice, driving Learning & Development offerings to address people development needs and future-fit capabilities, assisting a multiple talent pipeline and culture building agenda across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Employer Branding:
• Enhance organization reputation through global and local recognitions on workplace culture.
• Plan and create compelling and consistent content pillars across company social media and external communication channels, in synergy with Corporate Communications team.
• Develop and deploy activation activities to foster impactful employer brand presence via multiple channels, not limit to recruitment events, career fairs for early careers, networking opportunities for mid-careers, career bootcamp, etc.
• Build relationship and partnership with universities, reputational organizations & professional associations to embed thought leadership and broadcast employer brand.
• Create and distribute internal HR communications, including newsletters, event announcement, updates.
Learning & Development:
• Plan, coordinate with GBS L&D and facilitate locally/globally mandatory trainings with continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by driving usage of internal resources, including digital learning platforms, mentoring, and coaching initiatives, workshops.
• Propose and lead data-driven solutions and initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Apply industry best practices and emerging trends, maintain relationships with external training providers to continuously improve our programs and offerings.
Talent & Culture:
• Lead/Support quality intake of Early-Career Recruitment Programs (Global Graduate Programme, Battle of Minds).
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure highest level of employee experience through positive onboarding experience and engagement through leading globally cascaded campaigns and events, with Wellbeing and D&I at core.
• Assist the organizational deployment of D&I, Engagement & Culture agenda.
• Provide assistance in policy, procedure and process review for Talent, L&D, Recruitment, and other related agenda.
Job requirements
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in HR (L&D, Employer Branding, Young Talent Program, Talent Acquisition)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with employer branding tactics and social media platforms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
