TAX ACCOUNTANT (Hue Office)

• Input admin expenses of SGN, Hue, Hanoi and air ticket into ANSI which were considered under tax law

• Checking all of kind tour before allocate turnover file then input into ANSI

• Making tax report before 20 monthly

• Reconciliation VCB bank and input into ANSI

• Issue invoice monthly

• Making FS report following instruction from Supervisor.

• Checking Job ledger

• Making statistical report with tourist department

• To perform any other duties related to the department as assign from time to time

• Verify payment invoices and documents

• Enter invoice and document data into accounting software

• File incoming invoices by customer

• Check accounts payable

• Tertiary studies in accounting, finance or economics

• Knowledge of Accounting/Finance

• Knowledge of accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures.

• Minimum 1 years working experience

• Preferable experience working Tourism industry

• Accounting experience essential (in a similar role and industry preferable)
