Tax&compliance Specialist

• Handle Value added tax (“VAT”) invoices and prepare regular VAT returns and documents for submission to Tax Authority.

• Prepare the regular corporate income tax (“CIT”) documents.

• Handle the foreign contractor agreements and prepare the foreign contractor withholding tax (“FCT”) returns.

• Prepare the Business license fee declarations.

• Monitor the tax filing and daily tax issues.

• Prepare the transfer pricing documentations as well as other relevant tax reporting documents.

• Being up to date with changes in tax legislation and initiate necessary actions.

• Support and follow up on tax audits.

• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines;

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency with the ETAX SERVICES system (http://thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn).

• Experience or knowledge on Transfer Pricing (TP) regulations and Country-by-Country (CbC) report is an advantage.

• Proficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.

• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
