Tax Consultant

- Tax Consultant is responsible for participating in tax engagements and conducting Tax work to ensure the efficient delivery of Tax services to clients

- Perform tax calculation, tax returns, tax advice, etc. with all legal requirements

- Participate in conducting and completion of tax compliance and advisory services in accordance with prevailing tax laws and regulations and internal policies of RSM

- Keep updated with the changes in the Vietnamese and International tax legislation

- Management of the performance of each engagement and coaching junior team members;

- Developing and maintaining distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients.

- Other tasks as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business, Law or other related majors

- At least 1 year of experience in Tax and other related field.

- ACCA/ICAEW/ Vietnamese or foreign CPA preferred.

- Knowledge of Tax practices and procedures.

- Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues

- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlines

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent computer-literacy skills

- Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
