Taxation Specialist

• Issuing VAT invoices and managing the process of invoice issuance

• Working with e-invoice suppliers and headquarter IT regarding POS system and the related appliances

• Declaring invoice used and registering new invoice before using

• Reviewing monthly accounting documents and preparing supplement supporting materials for taxation purpose

• Preparing monthly VAT declaration

• Working with Tax Authorities for monthly VAT refund

• Working with tax consultant assigned by the company for tax-related issues

• Providing suggestions and solutions for tax-related issues

• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent business certifications/ degrees;

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a similar position for a major company or division of a large corporation or Auditing companies (prefer Big4 company)

• Certificate of Tax Agency Practice preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Strong language skills in English
