Job Description

The Team Leader Merchandiser manages the entire merchandise lifecycle, from sourcing supplier, ensuring right product assortment, ins tore availability & visibility at Omni channel to grow sales and margin. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, supplier relationships, and effective category management to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring: develop & follow the plan to achieve sales & margin growth from sourcing right assortment, supplier to monitor the 5P performance & service at Omni channel (Inventory levels, service level . . .)

• Pricing & Campaigns: Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing programs to drive category sales.

• Product Assortment & Inventory Management: Optimize category assortment by evaluating product performance and managing inventory turnover to meet sales and margin targets.

• Planogram & Visibility Management: Assess and enhance the effectiveness of planograms to improve product visibility and customer engagement in-store.

• Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and behaviors to enhance the shopping experience and identify new growth opportunities.

• Supplier Relations & Sourcing: Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate optimal trading terms, including pricing, marketing investments, and payment terms to maximize margins.

• New Product Sourcing: Source and evaluate new products to ensure they meet quality, competitiveness, and market relevance standards.

• University graduate & above.

• Strong negotiation & communication skills in both English & Vietnamese

• Strong business development, planning skills & analytical ability

• Ability to adapt quickly & work under a fast-space environment
