- Responsible for scheduling shifts and assigning work to employees.
- Monitor the daily shift, manage the employee's work progress and avoid the absence of staff during the shift, prevent irresponsible and negative behavior that affects the restaurant's reputation.
- Check and ensure that all preparations are completed before the opening hour.
2. Monitor staff service standards and control the quality of the kitchen
- Check and supervise the observance of rules and regulations by employees in the department.
- Close contact with the kitchen to coordinate to bring the best quality of food and service to customers.
- Find out the requirements, order standards of guests to organize staff to perform well.
3. Resolve customer requests, problems and complaints.
Respond effectively and quickly to customer feedback to ensure professional and timely resolution of issues.
4. Responsible for the management of the restaurant's assets and equipment
- Perform the tasks of managing the restaurant's assets and equipment.
- Consulting and planning to buy restaurant assets; manage the use of goods and materials, avoid losses.
- Inventory and replenish the equipment and tools in the restaurant.
5. Reporting and coordinating other departments:
- Manage daily consumption of goods and periodically report to superiors as prescribed.
- Regularly reflect, exchange information between departments and learn from experience to improve customer service quality.
