Description As a Tech Lead (Golang), your main responsibilities will include: * Leading the development and optimization of scalable backend systems using Golang. * Designing and implementing database solutions to support various media & agency projects. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate backend solutions with frontend and other services. * Providing technical mentorship and guidance to the backend development team. * Conducting code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance standards are met. * Analyzing and resolving technical challenges to maintain system reliability. * Driving innovation by researching new technologies and tools relevant to backend development. * Documenting technical solutions and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Profile A successful Tech Lead (Golang) should have: * 8+ years in backend/software engineering, with 5+ years using Golang or Node.js. * Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and scalable systems. * Proficient in Git, CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). * Familiar with performance testing tools and security protocols. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Experience in OTT, video streaming, or entertainment tech is a plus.
