RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of 4-5 members to develop data and software solutions.

• Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines using Dagster (Kedro experience is a plus).

• Manage and integrate AWS Cloud services (S3, ECS, Athena, etc.) for data processing and storage.

• Develop APIs using Python FastAPI, leveraging SQLAlchemy and pydantic.

• Build data visualization dashboards using Dash Plotly.

• Analyze and break down requirements from Product Owners, collaborate with stakeholders to plan and assign tasks to the team.

• Ensure product quality, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.

• At least 3 years of experience in a lead/team leader position.

• Proficient in Python, ETL pipelines, AWS Cloud, and related frameworks (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, Dash Plotly).

• Excellent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing); able to work in an international environment and communicate effectively with overseas partners.

• Strong soft skills: logical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and proactive learning.

• Outstanding communication skills: able to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
