Technical Account Manager

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENT

• To define all the parameters with customer and suppliers and to ensure to print new jobs without any issue.

• Ensure the layout satisfies the customers' need with high accuracies and fully

• Solve designing problems with third party to issue the plates, cylinders meet quality standard.

• Satisfy customers' need in before printing steps.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

Project:

• To define the possibilities of processing new project by arranging technical feasibility meeting with related departments

• To ensure to receive all related information from customer, if any missing points to contact with customer, global key accounts, suppliers to ensure all data are available for new projects.

• To ensure to order all material ordering(cylinder, plate, ink, die tool, embossing tool, hot foil tool, foil etc, for new projects at right time.

• To attend barrel proofs with customer if it is required.

• To arrange project review meetings to inform details of projects and to define process parameters.

• To attend approval runs of projects and to define process parameters and provide to production for next runs

• To follow next runs of new jobs and support production team to stabilize process parameters

• To ensure Graphic department to download all technical files and prepare all necessary lay outs and send to suppliers on time

• To report monthly base new project color matching times and reasons of delays, issues to the management

• To ensure all preparations, tools, equipment ready before arrival of customer

• Directly attend color matchings and provide color samples to customer

• Coordinating the Project team

Prepress:

• Buildup of Artwork Data, Layouts, Printing related data after set workflow with Art-Pro and Illustrator

• Assign Prepress with related tasks in timely manner

• Handles the CTP and Plate Preparation / Exposition

• Layout- and Data control after set Checklists

• Job Preparation and Feedback after set Workflow and Checklists

• Data Handling after set Guidelines

Reports directly to Managing Director

Qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge

• Graduated from College or University in major of Printing and Packaging Technique or equivalent major.

• Printing techniques, Packaging products

• Targets, quality policies, include responsibilities and rights.

4 Experience

At least 5 years experience at the same position in equivalent industry.
