Mô Tả Công Việc
1) Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow the Reference sample handover on time to Production according to the stitching plan Production start- up.
2) Responsible and communication to the supplier’s to follow up external process to be on time for Bulk Production.
3) Making the plan base on the OPE every weekly for Development of Technical team.
4) Booking the meeting for all of stages Development.
5) Booking and follow up the packaged shipment to the other units.
6) In charge and maintain planning for Development stages from Hand over to Bulk Production start -up on time according to the timeline.
7) Update the Allocation for the new season.
8) Making the Monthly report.
9) Making the reports for each stages of Development and action plan to improve issues.
10) Making and create new project with Engineer Manager.
11) Drive proactive cross functional communication with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and on time Development timeline.
12) Arrange the transportation to the team and external process to the Supplier.
13) Create PR/PO/ Traveling for Technical.
14) Knowledge of the screen printing, no-sew, lamination.
15) Handle and follow up new materials development process.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1) Vietnamese prefer
2) Independent, self- motivated, responsible, detail- minded, well organized, team oriented and flexible
3) Good communication skills in English.
4) Proficiency in MS office, especially advanced in excel, power points.
5) SAP is advantage
6) College or above
7) Minimum of 2 years work experience in a footwear of Development.
