Role Overview:

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our partners by delivering expert technical guidance and product insight. You will be responsible for translating their needs into effective solutions, offering engineering support, and ensuring optimal application of our technologies.

Although our Representative Office does not conduct sales, your contributions will be essential in technical consulting and market research support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, distributors, and system integrators.

• Analyze the needs of our partners and recommend suitable vacuum automation or handling solutions from our Head Quarters.

• Support partners with product selection, system design, layout optimization, and feasibility.

• Conduct product presentations, and live demos.

• Collaborate with the regional sales teams and Schmalz HQ in Germany.

• Gather feedback from the market and help adapt solutions to local customer needs.

• Maintain CRM documentation related to technical activities, projects, and support cases.

• Technical degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical sales engineering, application engineering, or pre-sales role.

• Technical understanding of automation, pneumatics, or vacuum systems.

• Excellent communication skills (Vietnamese & English); able to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.

• Ability to travel occasionally within Vietnam and internationally.
